This is a new updated review. I have been coming here for 30 years. This shop is top notch & no one does better generator service. And their store has great inventory. I recently brought my Generac 15Kv generator in for service. The store employee Steven was very professional and helpful. That is rare in today’s world. He was very thorough and helped me unload & load my unit on my trailer. The repair cost was reasonable and they did great work with a carb replacement and oil & filter change. Wow! What a great company to deal with. It's so hard to find that in Miami. I had major issues with my generator and automatic transfer switch for MONTHS! The Cummins service center in Miami Lakes charged me over $700 to come and do preventative maintenance and then all hell broke loose. The ATS stopped working. They wanted another $900 to come out and look at it, I dealt with numerous levels of management and was treated awfully. I called a bunch of "authorized dealers" from the Cummins website and couldn't get anyone to come out and help me.
